Luxe are a combination of 'Mohawk Superfine' paper and 'Quadplex' technology which compresses four layers together to create a 600gsm card. At triple the thickness and weight of a standard card, luxe boasts a rich seam of colour (a choice of black, red, blue, white, orange, green, pink or yellow) within the layers of paper.

Letterpress is printed on 600gsm 'Gmund Cotton' card and then debossed. Not to be confused with embossing, debossing is the reverse technique, where an indentation is stamped into the card, for a retro effect.

Spot UV Varnish can be applied to one or both sides of 400gsm card with the option of matt lamination on one or both sides and can have square or rounded corners. Ultra Violet (UV) Varnishing is a printing process used to enhance a logo or effect using a high silk varnish. When integrated with the right design it is extremely effective and can really add prestige to your product.

3D Spot Varnish (Digital Embossing) is the new print sensation! This fantastic innovation makes print positively three dimensional and is available in 'Low Lift' where the effect is somewhat similar to Spot UV Varnish but with more texture and 'High Lift' where the effect is 3D. Available in full colour, single or double sided with Matt Soft Touch Lamination applied to one or both sides. 3D Spot Varnish is the ultimate in luxury.

Glitter Varnish can be applied to one or both sides of your cards and is available in a choice of gold or silver varnish. Glitter varnish is always applied to 350gsm matt laminated card to enhance the Glitter Varnish. This special effect is simple, yet highly artistic!

High Definition Hot Foiling is the 21st Century 'foil blocking' and is available in gold or silver foil. HD Hot Foiling sits proud of the page rather than being indented (with the traditional stamping process), giving an embossed appearance without the indentation on the reverse of the card. You have the choice of foil on one side and Matt Soft Touch lamination to one or both sides.

Embossing presses a mould on the underside of the card so that the surface stands out in relief.
For example, a logo or text can be highlighted by embossing. This technique can only be applied to one side on 400gsm card with the choice of matt lamination to one or both sides.

Thermo is printed on either 250gsm or 400gsm card with a choice of black print, black print and a Pantone colour of your choice or 2 Pantone colours. Thermo can only be printed on one side and provides a dramatic gloss relief that has a retro feel.
