Mesh
Mesh banners are produced with layers of vinyl pressed together to form a material with small holes within, allowing high levels of wind to pass through without causing damage to the banner itself. These holes also allow natural light to pass through but are always most effective being viewed from a distance as the small gaps in the mesh material can mute the display of colours and lettering.
Vinyl
Vinyl banners are produced with a blend of ethylene and chlorine, otherwise known as PVC. This material is extremely durable to wind and hail, as well as being highly water repellent whilst also withstanding high levels of UV without fading. Vinyl is available in a range of strengths to ensure that no level of weathering will cause damage.
Fabric
Fabric banners consist of a lightweight polyester material, allowing them to flow naturally in the wind and give off a softer, more elegant display. However, this material will be unable to withstand winter weather and may only be practical for summer events or if they are able to be stored away during any bad weather.
